Websites built better.
Problems solved faster.

From new builds and monthly maintenance to malware removal, migrations and technical SEO, we look after every layer of your website so it stays secure, fast and ready to grow.

Site hacked, down or showing errors? Start an urgent request
The five layers of a website we look after: domain and DNS, server and hosting, WordPress and code, content and speed, search visibility
Fig. 01: one team for every layer
Sound familiar?

Most website trouble starts with no one in charge of it.

The developer who built it has moved on. Updates pile up. A plugin breaks the checkout on a Friday evening. Search Console sends an email full of words like “canonical” and “soft 404”. Your hosting company says it’s a WordPress problem; the plugin vendor says it’s hosting.

We take responsibility for the whole thing, from the domain settings to the page Google shows, and explain what we find in plain English.

Services

Most website problems cross more than one layer. So do we.

A hacked site is a server problem, a code problem and a search problem at once. A migration touches DNS, the database, the design and every URL Google knows about. One team that understands all of it means fewer handovers, and nothing falls between suppliers.

01

Build & improve

Business websites, WordPress and WooCommerce builds that are easy to edit and safe to update.

02

Rescue & repair

Malware, critical errors, server faults, restores and DNS problems, diagnosed before anything is changed.

03

Move & migrate

New host, new platform or new domain, with URL mapping, redirects and a rollback plan.

04

Maintain & protect

Tested updates, off-site backups, monitoring, security and developer hours when you need changes.

05

Speed & search

Core Web Vitals, Search Console issues, and technical, on-page and local SEO, kept clearly separate.

Rescue & repair

When it breaks, you need a diagnosis before you need a fix.

Guessing makes broken sites worse. We take a copy first, read the logs, find the cause, and only then change things, so the fix holds and you know what happened.

Common emergencies · what they usually mean

Usually a PHP error from a plugin, theme or PHP version change. The error log names the file.

A strong sign of malware. Often only on mobile or from Google, so you may not see it yourself.

An expired or misconfigured SSL certificate. Usually quick to fix once DNS and hosting are checked.

The server is running out of resources or a process is timing out. Logs show which.

Often email authentication (SPF/DKIM) or a mail plugin setting, not the form itself.

Monthly maintenance routine: backup, staging, update, test, deploy, report
Maintenance & support

Updates that are tested before your customers see them.

A lot of broken websites were broken by an update nobody tested. Our monthly routine backs up first, applies updates on a staging copy, checks key pages and forms, then deploys and tells you what changed.

Every month

Core, theme and plugin updates · off-site backups · uptime and security monitoring · a plain-English report

When you need it

Developer hours for changes, fixes and small features, from someone who already knows your site.

Quiet hours

Changes scheduled for when your visitors are least likely to notice.

Migrations

Moving platforms is a rebuild with a map, not a button.

Shopify, Wix and Squarespace don’t export everything WordPress needs. We plan what transfers, what’s rebuilt and what can’t move, then redirect every URL that matters so customers and Google aren’t sent to dead pages.

Migration flow: source platforms pass through backup, URL map, rebuild, testing and cutover before arriving on WordPress
How we work

Written scope first. Backups before changes. Staging before live.

Every job follows the same order, whether it’s a one-hour fix or a full migration, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

01

Tell us what's happening

A short form or a message. Screenshots help.

02

Written scope & quote

What we’ll do, what’s excluded, how long it takes.

03

Access & backup

Least-privilege access, then a full backup before any change.

04

Work on staging

Changes tested on a copy wherever the platform allows.

05

Review & go live

You check it, we deploy and verify on the live site.

06

Handover

What changed, what to watch and what’s next.

Speed & search

Not every Search Console warning is a problem.

Google reports plenty of statuses that are completely normal on a healthy site. We separate the expected from the harmful, fix what’s costing you visibility, and validate the fix.

Page indexing statuses · what they usually mean

Old URLs that now redirect. Expected after a migration or HTTPS change, as long as each redirect points somewhere relevant.

Google found a duplicate and respected your canonical. This is the system working as intended.

Fine for thank-you pages or filters. A problem if an important page carries the tag by mistake.

Google visited but chose not to index. Only a problem if the page should be in search. Often thin, duplicate or poorly linked content.

Your server failed when Google requested the page. Check hosting resources, error logs and caching.

Why work with us

Built for owners who want straight answers.

One team, every layer

Domain, DNS, hosting, WordPress, content and search, handled together instead of passed between three suppliers.

Scope in writing

You see what’s included, what isn’t and what it costs before you pay or we start.

Time zones that help

Working from Faisalabad (UTC+5) puts us one hour ahead of Dubai, so UAE clients share our working day. US sites get changes overnight, and UK clients a reply in the morning.

Plain-English reporting

No jargon walls. We explain what we found, what we changed and what we’d recommend next.

Careful with access

Separate accounts, least privilege, secure sharing, and access removed when the job ends.

Developer-led

You talk to people who do the technical work, not a sales layer that relays messages.

We take a backup before we touch anything.

House rules · No. 1
No. 2

Scope and exclusions go in writing first.

Before any payment, so there are no surprises.

No. 3

Changes are tested on a copy before customers see them.

Staging wherever the platform allows it.

No. 4

We never ask for passwords by email.

Separate accounts, least access, removed afterwards.

No. 5

No ranking guarantees. No “hack-proof” promises.

We explain what’s likely, not what sells.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

Can’t see yours? Read the full FAQ or ask us directly.

No. We’ll ask you to create a separate account for us with only the access the job needs, so you can remove it when we’re finished. Please never send passwords by email.

We’re based in Faisalabad, Pakistan (UTC+5) and work remotely with businesses in the UAE, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. We’re one hour ahead of the UAE, so our working day lines up almost exactly with Dubai’s. It also overlaps UK mornings, and planned changes for US sites can run while your visitors are asleep.

Any change of URLs or platform carries some risk. A complete URL inventory, accurate 301 redirects and monitoring after launch keep that risk as low as practical. Nobody can honestly promise zero movement, and we won’t.

One-off jobs get a fixed written quote after we’ve looked at the site. Ongoing maintenance is a monthly plan with clear inclusions. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before we start it.

Yes, most of our work is on sites we didn’t build. We start by reviewing how it was put together, take a full backup, and tell you about anything risky we find before changing it.

Tell us what your website needs. We'll reply with a clear plan.
