Website design & development for Dubai and UAE businesses

WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores, designed for how UAE customers actually buy: on a phone, quickly, and often over WhatsApp. We’re a remote, developer-led team one hour ahead of Dubai, with a written quote before any work starts.

Web design company for Dubai businesses

A UAE website isn't a US website with a new phone number.

Dubai has no shortage of web design agencies, and a good-looking homepage is easy to buy. What’s harder to find is a site planned around the way people in the UAE choose a supplier: they compare you on their phone, decide in seconds whether you look credible, and expect a fast reply, often on WhatsApp.

We design and develop business websites with those habits built in, and we’re the same team that fixes, migrates and maintains WordPress sites every week. That changes how we build: clean code, plugins we’d be happy to update in three years, and nothing that only the original developer understands.

Built for the UAE market

The details that decide whether a UAE website works.

Most of these are invisible in a design mock-up and expensive to add after launch. We plan them into the scope, so they’re priced, built and tested from the start.

UAE website requirements · how we handle them

Many UAE customers would rather send a message than fill in a form. We add click-to-chat buttons with a pre-written first line, keep a short form for people who prefer email, and tag each so you can see which channel your enquiries really come from.

WooCommerce stores can take payments through UAE gateways that offer an integration, such as Network International (N-Genius) or Telr. Your merchant account comes from the provider; we connect it and run test orders end to end before launch.

We set WooCommerce to charge VAT the way your accountant advises, show prices inclusive or exclusive, and print your Tax Registration Number on invoices. We aren’t tax advisers, so the product classification stays with your accountant.

The UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) covers data about people in the UAE. Forms ask only for what you need, consent wording is clear, and your privacy policy is approved by your legal adviser. Businesses in DIFC or ADGM follow those free zones’ own rules.

Hosting or a CDN close to your visitors, images sized for phones, and Core Web Vitals checked with real-visitor data rather than a single lab score.

How a remote project runs

From first call to launch, without a single office visit.

Every project follows the same order, so you always know what’s happening, what we need from you and what comes next.

01

Discovery call

A video call at a time that suits your working day. Goals, audience, competitors, examples you like.

02

Written scope & quote

Pages, features, integrations, what’s excluded, the timeline and the price, before any payment.

03

Sitemap & content plan

Every page, what it needs to say, and who supplies its words and images.

04

Design on staging

You review real pages on a private link, on your own phone, not static mock-ups.

05

Build & test

Forms, payments, every template on mobile and desktop, then speed and SEO checks.

06

Launch & handover

We go live, check the real site again, and walk your team through editing it.

Remote, and upfront about it

We're not in Dubai. Here's why that works.

We’re based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and we won’t pretend otherwise with a borrowed address. What UAE clients get instead is a team on almost the same clock, a process built for working remotely, and the same developers from the first call to the last fix.

One hour apart

Dubai runs on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) and we’re on Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5). Your working day and ours are almost the same day, so questions get answered while they still matter.

Everything in writing

Scope, decisions and changes are written down and shared. Nobody has to remember what was agreed on a call.

A staging link you can open any time

Progress lives on a private copy of the site, so you can check it on your own phone whenever you like.

You talk to the developers

No account manager relaying messages. The people building your site are the people answering your questions.

Pricing

What affects the cost of a website in Dubai

Two quotes for “a five-page website” can be far apart because they describe different websites. These are the things that actually move the price.

01

Page templates, not page count

A 15-page site built from four templates can cost less to design than six pages that are all different.

02

Features beyond pages

Booking, quote calculators, member areas or search filters, each scoped and priced on its own.

03

Who writes and who photographs

Ready content keeps the project moving. If you need copywriting or photos, we’ll say so in the scope.

04

Store scope

Number of products and variations, delivery rules, gateways, VAT and how orders reach your team.

05

Integrations

CRM, booking, WhatsApp, newsletters or an ERP feed. Each one is listed and tested, not assumed.

06

Care after launch

Optional monthly maintenance, or a documented handover so your team can run it.

We don’t publish package prices that change once we’ve seen the site. You get a fixed, written quote after a short call, listing what’s included and what isn’t.

We take a backup before we touch anything.

FAQ

Questions UAE businesses ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly, or read the full FAQ.

No. We’re a remote team based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and we say so plainly. We work with UAE businesses by video call, email, shared documents and a staging link you can open at any time. If meeting in person at your office is important to you, we’re probably not the right fit, and we’d rather tell you now.

Yes. Send your logo, colours and fonts, or your brand guidelines if you have them, and we design the site around them. If we think branding work is needed first, we’ll tell you before the scope is agreed.

It depends most on how ready the content is, then on the number of templates and integrations. Your written scope includes a dated timeline for each stage, and we tell you early if anything is likely to move it.

Yes, where the gateway offers a WooCommerce integration or a documented API. Network International (N-Genius) and Telr are two examples. The merchant account and approval come from the provider; we configure checkout and test it end to end with test transactions before launch.

We configure WooCommerce to charge 5% VAT, display prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT, and show your TRN on invoices. We’re not tax advisers, so your accountant should confirm which products are standard-rated, zero-rated or exempt.

Any change of URLs or platform carries some risk. A full URL inventory, accurate 301 redirects and monitoring in Search Console after launch keep that risk as low as practical. Nobody can honestly promise zero movement, and we won’t.

We recommend that the domain, hosting and any paid licences are registered to your company, so you always keep control. We work through accounts you create for us, with only the access the job needs.

You can add a monthly maintenance plan (tested updates, backups, monitoring and developer hours), or take a documented handover and run the site yourselves. Either way, the site is yours.
