This policy explains how Web Expert Solutions (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use webexpert.solutions or contact us. We’re based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Questions about this policy: info@webexpert.solutions.

When you contact us. Your name, email address, any website address you share, and what you write in your message. If you call, your phone number.
How forms work. At present our website forms don’t transmit anything online. When you submit one, your browser prepares an email that you choose whether to send. Nothing is stored on our website.
When you browse. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site at the moment. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Client work. If you become a client, we’ll handle access details and website data only as needed for the agreed work, as set out in the written scope.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists. The legal bases we rely on are your request (taking steps before a contract), the contract itself once you’re a client, and our legitimate interest in keeping records and running a secure website.
Only service providers that help us operate: our hosting provider, our email provider. They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Because we’re based in Pakistan and our providers may be elsewhere, your information may be processed outside your country. We use reputable providers and keep what we hold to a minimum.
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. Website backups taken during a job are kept only for the period stated in the scope.
Depending on where you live (for example under the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law, the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA or US state privacy laws such as California’s), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy. We don’t sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
To make a request, email info@webexpert.solutions. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, and within any period the law requires. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
The site is served over HTTPS. We ask clients never to email passwords, and we use separate, removable accounts for access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
